Financial Policy

1. Agreement and Signature Requirement All parents/guardians are required to read, understand, and sign this financial policy as part of the enrolment process at Free Minds Academy. By signing, parents/guardians agree to abide by the terms set out below regarding tuition fees and payment obligations.
2. Payment Terms and Due Date Tuition fees are payable in advance and must be settled on or before the 1st day of each month for the upcoming month. Failure to make timely payments may result in restrictions on a learner’s access to educational services.
3. Late Payment Procedure If payment is not received within seven (7) days after the due date, Free Minds Academy will contact the parent/guardian to remind them of the outstanding balance. If payment is still not received after this period, the learner’s access to online services and classes may be disabled until payment is made.
4. Payment Arrangements If a parent/guardian has made an approved payment arrangement with Free Minds Academy, they must strictly adhere to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to comply with the payment schedule will result in the learner being disabled from accessing educational services until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Acknowledgment and Acceptance By signing this policy, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they understand and accept the financial obligations set forth by Free Minds Academy. They also acknowledge that failure to comply with this policy may result in their child being unable to access academic resources and services. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of Free Minds Academy and to maintain the highest level of service for all learners.
6. Learner reports will not be released if there are any outstanding fees. Even if a payment arrangement is in place, reports will only be issued once the full balance is settled and the account is completely up to date.
